Every course was taken from the Rasoi cookbook.

  • Spice crusted scallops.
  • Amrtitsari cod with garlic and green pea chutney.
  • Spiced home smoked salmon, red onion, cucumber and dill raita.
  • Spice-crusted sea bass, tandoori crushed potatoes, coconut moilee sauce, coriander butter and crispy okra.
  • Grilled peaches, caramelized almonds, ice cream.
