  • Tuna tartare with apples and radishes and cilantro and Indian spices.
  • Seared scallops with a Sauternes sauce on grated carrots in butter.
  • Tofu and pea vichyssoise with mizuna pesto.
  • Goan spice crusted seared trout and sea bass with samphire.
  • Lemon meringue cake (by Marianne).

  • Garlic and ginger marinated lemon sole with a pomegranate sauce.
  • Seared rack of lamb in an onion marinade with red onion and cashew sauce.
  • Roasted bananas with lychees and passion fruit.

  • Seared scallops in a butter Sauternes reduction on a bed of grated carrots cooked in butter and lemon.
  • Seared Scottish organic salmon with a cream tarragon sauce and fried samphire and baby potatoes and cherry tomatoes.
  • Chocolate tart with whisky cream.
